At first, the dealership seemed friendly and professional, but everything changed after the test drive. During the price discussion, we discovered important details that had never been mentioned before — for example, the car was previously owned by a rental company. They also tried to avoid providing any warranty for the vehicle. When we questioned these issues, the owner became arrogant, raised his voice several times, and showed no respect toward us as buyers. Avoid this dealership at all costs! If you were a reputable car dealership (which you aren't), you would have to include all relevant information in the vehicle description, such as the crucial detail that the car belonged to a rental company, was driven by XYZ people, and covered 25,000 km in 10 months. You claim to have bought the car from an Opel dealer and then from a private individual—who knows what else is hidden in the vehicle information. The mere sight of your shop speaks volumes. I'm glad I didn't buy anything from you! All the best! ### Am Anfang wirkte das Autohaus freundlich und professionell, aber nach der Probefahrt änderte sich alles. Während der Preisverhandlung kamen wichtige, vorher nicht erwähnte Details ans Licht – zum Beispiel, dass das Auto zuvor von einer Mietwagenfirma genutzt wurde. Außerdem versuchte man, jegliche Garantie zu vermeiden. Als wir diese Punkte ansprachen, wurde der Inhaber arrogant, laut und zeigte keinerlei Respekt gegenüber uns als Käufern. Dieses Autohaus sollte man unbedingt meiden! Wenn Sie ein seriöses Autohaus wären (was Sie nicht sind), müssten Sie alle relevanten Informationen in die Fahrzeugbeschreibung aufnehmen, beispielsweise die wichtige Information, dass das Auto einer Autovermietung gehörte, von XYZ Personen gefahren wurde und in 10 Monaten 25.000 km zurückgelegt hat. Sie behaupten, das Auto von einem Opel-Händler und dann von einer Privatperson gekauft zu haben – wer weiß, was sonst noch in den Fahrzeuginformationen verborgen ist. Allein der Anblick Ihres Ladens spricht Bände. Ich bin froh, dass ich bei Ihnen nichts gekauft habe! Alles Gute!
