Hakan Fidan KFZ-Handel

Talked with them at the phone, arranged to meet when I was assured that the car is as described because I had to travel 1500 km. Arrived there and the car was lacking almost half the features advertised on mobile.de . No Kamera, no keyless-entry, they said that the car has summer and winter tyres, when I got there had to pay extra for any king of winter tyres, no fatigue warning system as they advertised, no high-beam assist as advertised. When I asked them why they say that the car has all these features only on the website, they say that at the end of the advertisement that they take no blame for any errors and that they didn't write the advertisement. Those weren't errors. They intentionally put that there. They lied in the ad just to make me come 1500 km so I couldn't refuse the car and return home. And reassured me on the phone that everything will be fine when I arrive. I had to stay overnight on my expense because they didn't have the proper documents available the same day. When I paied, they tried to coerce me into tax fraud by declaring a smaller sum of money. I didn't agree. It was shady. Either way, I had to buy the winter tyres from them for 400 Euros and they didn't give me a receipt for those euros... Had to buy the winter tyres because it was freezing outside and the car had summer tyres. They said that normally they charge 20 Euro extra for changing the car tyres, but said it was on them. The next day, after I payed full price for the car, they asked me for those extra 20 euros - disgusting. It wasn't the money - it was their way of behaving and that they lied again. The car was lacking most of the features they told me it has and when I tried to reason with them, they became very rude and borderline violent and told me to go home, after I payed for the car. They were mad because I told them those features were missing and that I didn't want to commit tax fraud. On the way home, the ACC failed and stayed this way. The car inspection was long overdue. Beware! They will try to scam you! Very shady!
