Ramstein Used Cars Stuttgart

I had an outstanding experience with Ramstein Used Cars from start to finish. Jeff was incredibly quick, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. From July 3rd until July 7th (today), he stayed on top of everything, answered all of my questions promptly, and made buying my car as smooth and stress free as possible. I never felt pressured, and Jeff kept me informed every step of the way. His communication, transparency, and dedication to making sure everything was handled correctly really stood out. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his customers and wants them to leave satisfied. If you’re looking for a reliable dealership with excellent customer service, I highly recommend Ramstein Used Cars. Be sure to ask for Jeff, you’ll be in great hands. Thank you again for making this such a positive car-buying experience!

First rate experience with the most professional sales team I ever had the pleasure of working with. We told them what we wanted and provided some broad guidance and Jack and Jeff exceeded all expectations. This was the easiest car buying experience we ever had - no stress, no pressure, no anxiety, no second-guessing etc…. These absolute professionals nailed it and found the perfect car for us. We highly recommend Jack and Jeff for your next purchase and we plan to spread the word.

Great experience from Jeff and Etienne. From keeping me in the loop to guiding me through the process. Beautiful car, that I wish I’d bought sooner.

The car buying process here was effortless and made super simple. Jeff did a fantastic job, communication was on point, and made it super easy for us. We showed up without an appointment and Jeff was still able to accommodate us. My wife and I would highly recommend checking them out. Easiest car buying experience ever.

A big thank you to Jeffrey and Ramstein Used Cars. If you’ve never bought a car in Germany, they are familiar with the process and very hands on to help you do it the right way. Bought a ‘25 Atlas and they were very patient with my own administrative issues. Very attentive and hands on with the warranty and even the smallest of problems. They really care to do a good job, selling only high quality (including US-spec) cars, if that’s what you need. Recommend. Work with Jeffrey. He’s the man.
