Jefims Kravecs Autohandel

Hallo, ich habe einen Renault Master gekauft, alles war wie beschrieben, der Verkäufer ist ein netter Mensch! Große Zufriedenheit, beste Grüße, Tom CZ

My experience with this dealership has been absolutely terrible. I purchased a Volkswagen Multivan, and as soon as it arrived in Spain, serious issues began: the automatic gearbox and the engine both failed. A complete disaster. I feel totally deceived. What seemed like a safe purchase has turned into what I consider a real scam. It is very hard to believe that a vehicle sold by a professional dealership could develop such major problems immediately after delivery. I have tried to contact them several times to find a solution, but I have received no response whatsoever. Total silence. This lack of responsibility and customer service is unacceptable. I absolutely do not recommend this dealership. My experience has been extremely negative, and I would never trust them again.
