Sehr professionell. Vielen Dank an das Service-Team

Sehr guter Service, freundliche Mitarbeiter und alles funktioniert immer wieder problemlos. Bin sehr zufrieden und kann Opel nur weiterempfehlen.
Worst experience I've ever had! Especially if you're not German, are traveling, and need mechanical assistance, stay away from this place! I had a problem with the electronic steering column lock on my Opel Astra, which prevented the car from starting. As a result, I had to have it towed, and it was taken to this repair shop because it was the closest one. First, they called me to say that it would take about four days just to inspect the car (and during that call I spoke with someone in English). When they called me again to explain what the actual problem was, there was suddenly no one available who could communicate in English. I had to ask a German-speaking acquaintance for help, and that was when they informed me that they did not have the required part available and that it could take a very long time to get one, possibly six months or even a year, if they could find it at all, since the part was supposedly no longer being manufactured. They did not offer me any alternatives, nor did they suggest where I might find the part or recommend another professional who could help. Essentially, the only option they gave me was to sell the car as non-running so that it could be dismantled and the parts sold separately. They then told me that I needed to remove the car as soon as possible because they would start charging €30 per day for storage, and that the inspection they had performed would cost €120. I then went to the shop in person and asked if anyone spoke English (as I mentioned, I had already spoken with an employee in English over the phone). The employee who assisted me said he did not speak English. That would have been understandable, but he also made no effort to find a colleague who could explain the situation to me in person. He simply handed me the paper showing the amount I had to pay and nothing else. I paid the bill and immediately called a tow truck. The driver suggested taking the car to another repair shop in Oberammergau. At that point, my only intention was to move the car out of this shop to avoid paying the daily storage fees. Now comes the part that demonstrates the incompetence of the employees who inspected my car and gave me all this information: the other repair shop fixed the problem within just 24 hours. I hope management reviews what happened and improves the service.
