Used Car Guys Grafenwoehr

Absolutely outstanding experience with James at Used Car Guys in Graf. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and completely hassle-free. James did an exceptional job handling everything and made the delivery of the car incredibly easy. Communication was clear, everything was ready when promised, and there were no unnecessary complications or surprises. He made what can sometimes be a stressful process feel effortless. What stood out most was the level of customer service. James was friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure everything went exactly as it should. The delivery was seamless, the car was exactly as expected, and I was able to simply enjoy the experience of getting a new car rather than worrying about the process behind it. If you’re looking for a straightforward, professional, and hassle-free car-buying experience, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend James and the team at Used Car Guys in Graf. Five stars all around. Thanks again, James… and David 😉!

Just arrived to Graf last week and I was so lost with all the inprocessing requirements of this new duty station. Bought a 2025 VW Jetta from Sam Willing, and it was the best decision I could have made. Sam took me through the whole process of buying a car in this alien system that is Germany. Thank you Sam for getting me squared away.

Very enjoyable experience with them. They we super friendly and pretty quick to respond. I also appreciate they fixed some cosmetic issues with my car before I bought it!

Huge shoutout to Sam and James! They are fantastic workers who guided me seamlessly through the entire car-buying process for the second time. Their expertise with both American and EU-spec vehicles is unmatched. If you want a stress-free experience, I highly recommend buying your next car (or cars!) from these guys.

James and Sam were both great to work with. They made the complicated process of buying a used car in Germany much easier. Communication was great! I highly recommend either of them at the Used Car Guys.

I worked with James here at Used Car Guys. He was VERY patient and answered all my questions, as a first time car buyer! I couldn’t have had a better experience and I was stress free with this process. He took my step through step, one by one on what the next process on my agenda would be. I am so happy!!! Thank you James🙏

This was my first time ever buying a vehicle through a dealership as well as financing. James made that process so easy and stress free.
