Europe Trucks & Cars, Steve Skubela e.K.

Guter Service und schnelle Abwickelung.

In August 2023 I bought a multicar from this seller which in the ad was stated as "in very good condition" and the communication before the transaction was good. When I received the multicar I found out that the car was damaged in the engine and the transmission gear box. In addition to that the seller did not send me important paperwork that was needed in order to get new license plates and approval from the ministry. I tried to contact him regarding all that through emails and phonecalls but I was never able to reach him at all. This whole situation has cost me A LOT of money plus the fact that 3 months later I am still not able to use the car I bought for my job. However I was not going to ask for a refund or something like that but for much needed help regarding the paperwork and assistance with car parts manufacturers so I can find the proper parts for my car as in my country they do not exist. All in all the experience has been very disappointing and I wouldn't suggest this seller to anybody.
