Ich bin Kunde seit 2021 und lasse bei M. u. M. Mattusch meine Inspektionen an meinem Jeep Renegade (Bj. 2015) durchführen. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit den seither geleisteten Arbeiten und die Preise sind auch im Rahmen geblieben. Jetzt stehen auch mal größere Arbeiten an (Federbruch und evtl. Zahnriemen) und da bin ich natürlich gespannt.

If it weren’t for my warranty with Dodge, I would have avoided coming to this service center. Michael Mattusch is very unprofessional, dismissive and has cost me money that I could have saved if he had listened to me in the first place. For example, I came at 07.10.2021, and I told him my A/C was having issues. He did some diagnosis and said there were no issues, but he still charged me €132 for the diagnosis. Thankfully, the cold season came, and therefore, I didn’t need the A/C immediately after. When summer came, I asked for the A/C to be looked at again (23.05.2022), and they did some work, but it was a temporary fix. Then, I returned again on 28.06.2022 because I was still having A/C issues. At this time, I had two toddlers who had to suffer from the heat that could have been fixed if Michael had done due diligence during my first visit. Another time (11.03.2021), I told Michael my auxiliary battery was causing starting issues. He didn’t believe me at first saying the auxiliary battery could not have been causing the start issues. Lo and behold, after diagnosis, I was right, and my auxiliary battery had died. After being replaced, it had resolved my issue. Before Michael reports me to Google Maps for posting a fake review, here are my customer numbers (kunden-nr.): 10010495 and 10011136. For those who are posting bad reviews, Michael has his lawyer to get Google Maps to remove your review unless you provide proof that you were an actual customer. I still have all of my receipts if needed.
