James is a fantastic guy! We bought our car from him few weeks ago and it had couple of things that needed attention because of the car being used and one never know what might happen, he right away addressed them and we have had no issues since. The car passed inspection right away and we have really enjoyed the car as our second car! From the start of the buying experience, Jamie was very transparent and willing to help earn my business. I noticed a few minor deficiencies in a used vehicle on his lot I was interested in (older battery, a bit worn break pads) and he was more than happy to fix those issues before I purchased. A month or so later, the torque converter went out in the car. Jamie and his team took it in and did their best to fix it, and offered us a loaner vehicle free of charge. However, it was going to be a while before getting the new part. Jamie offered for me to either wait and his team replace it, or buy the vehicle back at full purchase price. When we decided we couldn’t wait that long without a vehicle, we asked that he take it back. He did so without reservation, and even offered to cover the cost of a rental vehicle for two weeks while we searched for a new vehicle. Even though it wasn’t what either Jamie and I anticipated, he put my needs ahead of his bottom line. Great customer service. Well done Jamie!

Jamie is a rare thing in the used car business: A very honest salesman. He will do what it takes to get you in the right car at the right price. We agreed to buy a car from him at KBB price and that he would do some repairs that we asked for. He did three things to get us driving right away: First, when there was a problem with the customs paperwork (on the German Government end, not his fault), he gave us one of his personal cars to use until he could get it resolved. Then, when we finally did get the customs paperwork, he let us drive away with the car and bring him the cash later when we had time to swing by the credit union to do the transfer, which was very helpful. Lastly, we did the repairs on the car later so we could get driving right away. I went ahead and did the repairs myself to save time and money so, true to his word, he fully reimbursed me for the costs. I was so impressed. I would definitely recommend buying a car from Jamie. He's an honest salesman who sells quality cars at a fair price and treats hist customers the way he would want to be treated.
