AUTOHAUS HASSE GMBH HASSE/SV Mini

Autohaus Hasse are brilliant. Our rear wheel bearing started to fail while travelling in Europe from the UK - our travel meant we were only planning to be in each place for one night before continuing, making finding a repair very tricky. After trying several BMW garages between Munich & Stuttgart, Autohaus Hasse called us straight after we sent an enquiry to say they could fit us in if we could get the car to them before 4pm to allow time for ordering parts. We arrived at 3pm - within 15 minutes they had assessed, completed the paperwork and provided us with a loan car to get to our accommodation for the night. Parts were ordered and the work was completed by 10am the next day (even earlier then the 3pm they said they'd be able to meet). Brilliant service from Markus & Angelina - they understood our need and timescales and went above and beyond to support us. Thank you!!
