I had a great experience with this company. I was in the middle of PCSing and needed to sell my car quickly, and they made the entire process fast and stress-free. Carrie and Vicky were both extremely helpful during the entire process. This is our first time working with them and they kept consistent and timely contact, gave us everything we needed, and sported positive attitudes. Vicky is a gem. We came in to have our A/c looked at under warranty as it was acting up during the most recent heat wave. This is our first car with UCG, Vicky walked me through the process and gave a warm introduction. Of course the A/c was behaving during our service appointment so Vicky walked us through the process if it was to act up again and what to expect. Over all surprisingly it was the most seamless part of my day. Rest assured if you purchase a car with UCG Vicky will make sure to take care of you even after you leave the lot for all your car needs and follow up.
