From start to finish, Teo (Teofil) was fantastic. All my questions were answered timely and the process of purchasing a US SPEC vehicle in Germany was explained concisely and thoroughly. Teo went above and beyond to help deliver the vehicle. He took the time out of his day to take my family to pickup the plates we had left at our house (which he didn’t need to do). Moreover, the other workers I interacted with at the Patch location were kind and always willing to answer questions or help as needed. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and feel we got great care and a great deal on a new vehicle. I would 100% recommend working with this team for anyone looking to secure a vehicle while stationed in Germany.
Teofil was great to work with. Always available for questions and the few changes I made. He made the experience less painful inspite of the few hiccups that arose.
Hi there! I noticed an opportunity that could help your business online. Can I share it?
I had a great experience with you, and I thank you very much for putting the effort to help me a lot .
I bought a 2021 Toyota Rav 4 with Kieran Palmer there at MAS Stuttgart Off Base (Patch Barracks). His customer service was outstanding. He made the process easy. These cars are tough to come by here in Germany especially given the global shipping crisis. Kieran was able to find one and get it delivered quickly and at a fair price. He even picked me up at the airport upon arrival in Stuttgart. I would definitely use them again!!
Made car buying quick and easy! Natasa helped me with the entire process and answered every question I asked. Couldn't be happier with my experience! Remember to always test drive and check every included feature before signing!
Nick Morley was phenomenal. I started this process in the states and he was right with me the entire way. He went above and beyond in my opinion. Overall, with price and service, I had a great experience and would highly recommend!
Warning! Do not buy from MAS Car Sales Stuttgart or their overseas program. I am a previous VW owner who purchased my first VW from a dealer in the U.S. two years ago. I wanted a different model and decided to purchase through MAS Stuttgart. My primary complaint with this company is that they have a monopoly on the VW/U.S. specs car market for the U.S. military community overseas and take an unfair advantage of the U.S. military community. In short, this company sells a stripped down VW without any of the normal accessories that come with a car when you purchase one stateside. With USAA and through a U.S. dealer, you get a much better price that is a few thousand dollars cheaper than MAS and includes these accessories. Unfortunately, MAS is the only U.S. auto source for a number of models overseas. The other part of my complaint is that MAS overseas sales a stripped down vehicle without any of the accessories that you get when purchase through a U.S. dealer. My previous VW came with basic VW floor mats, a rear cargo cover, a safety kit, and a few other minor accessories. NOTHING comes with a car through MAS, and I was especially shocked that the car did not even come with a rear cargo area cover. Others may not have had the same experience as me, but I feel that it’s important that the military community be aware of MAS’s sales practices. After my experience with them, I recommend that anyone buying a U.S. specs car buy another model from the other dealers. You can get a BMW, Volvo, or a Mercedes for close to the same time price as a vehicle from MAS. Yes, it is my mistake is that I should have paid closer attention to the details of my purchase. However, I have never in my life experienced a dealer that sold a car for a significantly higher price without some basic/standard accessories.
