Top! I bought VW ID'4 ,and everything was perfect! I'm very pleased from the car and from the seller! I'm gonna buy again from him! Best regards from Bulgaria! Recommend!

I purchased a BMW 320d from Auto2000 Import-Export GmbH and initially had a positive impression due to their responsiveness and willingness to provide photos, videos and additional information. Unfortunately, immediately after the vehicle arrived in Latvia and during its first registration process, a Check Engine warning appeared. Diagnostic testing, carried out in the presence of an Auto2000 representative, identified a fault related to the NOx sensor system. When I raised the issue, the company repeatedly referred to the fact that no pre-sale diagnostics had been performed and that I had received a discount and free delivery. However, the defect itself was never addressed in a meaningful way. Their only proposed solution was to return the vehicle to Germany for a refund. While I appreciate that they offered to take the vehicle back, I was disappointed by the lack of willingness to discuss a reasonable contribution toward the repair of a defect that became apparent almost immediately after delivery. Potential buyers should ensure that an independent diagnostic inspection is carried out before purchase and should obtain written confirmation regarding the vehicle's technical condition, especially when buying remotely from another country.

I bought a car from here. Very communicative team, very helpful. I recomand it.

Bought a car from them and the experience was good. They mentioned the defects (only 1 key, reverse camera not working) and when the car came it was as described - no additional problems. Paid 100% in advance, they were ok to keep the car on the lot for 1-3 weeks because I didn't know when I could arrange transport for it. Picture is from their job posting.
