I was in the market for a use car, and as I drive past Bavarian Motor Cars in Vilseck each day, I thought I would stop by and see what they were offering. I was dealing with Mark, the sales agent there who is very amenable and nice enough to deal with. Had a long chat about the Challenger and I decided to go ahead and buy it after giving it a test drive. When we originally went over the car together, I noted that the engine bay had not been cleaned and the interior needed attention as well. Mark told me it hadn't been cleaned as the vehicle had only just arrived in but he said it would be taken care of before I pick the vehicle at the Grafenwoehr delivery center. Earlier today I picked up the vehicle and was pleased to see the interior had been taken care of as promised but the engine bay had not been touched. When I brought this up, I was flipped off with "we don't detailing under the hood". To be honest, I would expect any vehicle to be cleaned under the hood and this has soured what would otherwise have been a pleasant experience. A mediocre 3 stars from me.

After exploring the 2024 BMW M340i X-Drive online, I received a phone call from Mark A. at Bavarian Motor Cars Dealership. Mark is exceptionally personable and knowledgeable, and he patiently addressed all my inquiries. He created a comfortable atmosphere with absolutely no pressure. Mark A. exceeded expectations by providing us with a comprehensive video of the car, making it feel as though we were physically present at the dealership. It was precisely what we were seeking. As a member of the Military, I was uncertain about the laws and procedures in Germany. Mark A. thoroughly explained and guided us through the entire process of submitting all necessary documentation, making the deposit, wiring the remaining balance, and efficiently signing the required paperwork. He also arranged for a carrier to deliver the vehicle within a week. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and grateful for Mark's prompt communication via phone and text throughout the entire process. Thank you very much, Mark & Bavarian Motor Car team. I truly appreciate your assistance. Mark A., are a genuine gentleman. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience working with Bavarian Motors. Marcel was very professional in assisting me with my purchase and keeping me updated throughout the entire process of receiving and trading in my old vehicle. I absolutely love my 340i with xDrive; it was definitely a good purchase. Marcel, I appreciate your great customer service and hope you continue to keep it up.

If you are looking to purchase a BMW , this is the place to GO!!! I had Marcel as my salesman. His customer service and knowledge towards BMW was on point and top notch. He answered all my questions I had and walked me through the whole purchase process with ease. I already knew I wanted a M340i and he was able to find the best option for me which is fantastic. Highly Recommend this place!
