Don at Military Car Services is the BEST! We took our car to two other mechanics prior to coming here and were quoted for full engine repairs. Turns out it just needed a calibration that was a fraction of the cost. The car now runs great. I highly recommend coming here if you don’t want to waste time and money on inferior mechanics/repair shops. Don is also incredibly knowledgeable, approachable and fairly priced.

I had an emergency with the sliding door on our van , it came completely off and got stuck where we’re not able to close it all the way. I’m pregnant, my husband is TDY, and I have three little ones under four, so being without a drivable car was not an option. I walked into Military Car Service first thing after the long weekend with no diaper bag, no snacks, just hoping someone could help us. Dom and the team were incredible. They got the door shut, secured, and safe to drive in a short amount of time, and treated us with so much kindness and understanding. What felt like a crisis to me was handled calmly and professionally by them, and it made a huge difference for our family. Their professionalism, empathy, and willingness to help a family in a tough spot truly stood out. This is the kind of business every community needs. If you want mechanics who are skilled, honest, and genuinely supportive, GO SEE THEM!

Dom and his team are great! They are compassionate and understanding that life does not always work out as planned. Flexible with finding new appointments during those times in life. They worked diligently to get my car in for diagnostic and get parts ordered asap! It’s hard to find a good mechanic around here so to have found Dom and his team that was a Godsend!

Can’t recommend enough. Easy to book online (even had to make a change and no problems) - great communication with reminder emails. Showed up and service took just as long as expected. And they recommended leaving VAT open for next time which was appreciated.
