Tiemeyer automobile GmbH & Co. KG

Wir haben ein VW T Roc bei Herrn Kretschmer in Werdohl gekauft. Sehr freundlicher Verkäufer, alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Gerne wieder.

I recently purchased a used VW Golf eHybrid (10 months old) from Tiemeyer, and the entire process was outstanding from start to finish. Communication was clear and prompt throughout — every question I had about the vehicle, the paperwork, and the export process was answered without any ambiguity, which made buying a car from abroad feel completely stress-free. My main contact was Mr. Giouvanoglou, a young, dynamic, and pleasant person who made the whole experience genuinely enjoyable. I wish him all the best in his career. I also interacted briefly with other sales staff at the dealership and came away with the same impression of competence and professionalism across the team. What really stood out was the level of care beyond the sale itself: they arranged a ride from the train station, which made things so much easier, and they even accompanied me to the German registration office to make sure the export documentation was handled correctly. That kind of hands-on support is rare and made a real difference. I'd happily recommend Tiemeyer to anyone considering a cross-border car purchase in Germany. Professional, honest, and genuinely helpful at every step.
