I took one of my Soldiers to have her car inspected because we knew there were several items that needed attention. We were charged €35 only to be told that nothing was wrong with the vehicle. However, even a basic visual inspection showed that the brake pads and rotors clearly needed replacement. Wanting a second opinion, we went to another shop just outside Gate 6. The staff there were professional, honest, and extremely helpful. They thoroughly inspected the vehicle, identified the issues that actually needed repair, including a crack in the windshield washer fluid reservoir, and took the time to explain everything. Best of all, they performed the inspection at no charge. The difference in service, honesty, and attention to detail between the two shops was night and day. I highly recommend the shop outside Gate 6 for anyone looking for trustworthy and knowledgeable automotive service.

Made an appointment for a front end alignment, was told that’s the car needed additional work and refused to do the work. The staff was rude, dramatic and talked to me like a toddler. (It’s an older car so wasn’t shocked or surprised it needed additional work nor was I argumentative.) I chose to do the work they said needed to be done myself since I had the tools. I was able to make the repairing for a 1/3rd of what they quoted to replace. After replacing the parts and rescheduling the alignment, I took it back to them for an alignment. They once again found something to be “replaced” and refused to do the alignment unless they did the recommended repairs (The repair they recommended had been replaced 6months ago and the vehicle had basically not been driven since because it needed an alignment due to the repairs and I couldn’t do it because of training )

I’ve been bringing my car to Auto Care Graf for the last 4 years, and I honestly can’t recommend them enough. The customer service here is top-notch. They always order the correct parts the first time and provide a spot-on diagnosis, which has saved me both time and unnecessary expenses. I love that I can just drop the car off, go about my day, and they give me a call as soon as it’s ready no waiting around. Honestly, I wish I could take this crew back to the States with me just to take care of my car. If you’re looking for honest and reliable mechanics, this is the place.

I brought my car here spontaneously because it was making strange noises while driving and I didn't know what to do next. The team helped me a lot even though I didn't have an appointment, found the reason, a loose engine mount, and fixed it. The bill was completely reasonable. I would recommend the place to everyone. Great service!
