This was our second vehicle purchase from this dealership. Our first experience was very positive, which is why we decided to return and purchase a brand-new vehicle this time. Unfortunately, shortly after delivery, the vehicle required multiple visits to a contracted Volkswagen dealership due to unexpected issues and part availability. While everything was ultimately resolved and reimbursement was handled, the process required a significant time investment on our side, which was disappointing given that this was a new car. The team did make an effort to address the situation, and that is appreciated. However, more proactive coordination, clearer communication, or support with logistics would have significantly improved the experience. Overall, a decent experience with room for improvement, especially when it comes to new vehicle purchases.

I purchased a brand new Honda from MAS. The entire process was super easy, non stressful and no haggling or hidden fees. Service was excellent and if you guys are looking to purchase a vehicle with MAS contact Joseph he helped me and was always on top of things.

I wanted an Audi S5 but MAS didn't have exactly what I wanted. Joe told me that ordering one from the factory would be best to get exactly what I wanted and SAVE me money. WARNING to all young incoming soldiers; avoid MAS. May cause financial harm. Great sales team, unfortunately management is unimaginably appalling. I just picked up my vehicle (9DEC).... original purchase was (July). Over 5 months waiting and fighting. Management refuse to fix simple issues that to were pointed out before purchase or slightly after. over all at the end of the day most of my issues were fix. I am just too exhausted to continue cashing down Paul to finish the job. I will settle with the remaining issues, so MAS can save a dollar. WARNING to all young incoming soldiers; avoid MAS

If you’re in the market for a new or preowned vehicle, I cannot recommend this office enough. Eoin worked extremely hard to get me the brand new car I wanted (even after I had changed my mind about 3 times) in the timeframe that worked for me. He walked me through the entire process and promptly answered any questions I had. Buying a vehicle overseas is a bit more work than doing so stateside but he made the process super simple. He’s extremely thorough in his work and you can tell he’s great at his job and enjoys doing what he does!! I highly recommend reaching out and having them work their magic if you’re considering purchasing a new vehicle!
