If you have installation access to LRMC, this is the perfect place to take your vehicle for servicing. I get my oil and other fluids changed here as well as mounting new tires and wheels, new brake installation, you name it. I drive a late model BMW sedan and the technicians are highly qualified and have always done a superb job. The costs are low and the service is high. Special shout-out to Deven Hall, my favorite mechanic here who always goes out of his way to ensure my car is taken care of down to the tiniest detail. Kudos!

I'm sure if you need a tires or an oil change it would be fine but I had an appointment for 8:30am to do an inspection of the vehicle on the German mechanic side and 5 hours later came back to my car still sitting in the parking lot untouched. Needless to say I will never return and will recommend people else where.

If u get an oil change. Make sure u get your left over oil back from them. Had it stolen on two separate occasions at this shop. Should have 3 quarts left over in my Bottle n the mechanics just shrug their shoulders.

Was not impressed with their customer service. Left my vehicle with the American side (tires) that said they would get my car to the German side (mechanics). At the time, the German side was on their lunch break. Went to go check on it a few hours later and the work order form was still on the American side. I asked the German side how long until my car would be ready and they werent told about my car. They said they were booked up and couldn't do it. But they did see I was frustrated and they got the American side to install it. For clarification, all I needed was the license plate bracket for the front of my car installed because my car did not have anything to mount a front license plate. FYSA, I did pass the safety inspection with the work they did on installation.

Best staff in the area (IMO) helpful and don’t mind getting their hands dirty on customers projects

I got an oil change and they didn't use the oil and filter I supplied. Not a huge deal but then I noticed oil on the ground the next day. I checked under my car and saw a leak then I popped the hood and there was oil EVERYWHERE. They didn't put my cap on.

I won’t be returning to Landstuhl Auto Skills. The prices and requirements advertised online didn’t match what I experienced in person. The website says appointments are required, they tell you appointments are not available, only walk-ins. You have to show right at opening to receive service. I was also charged additional, unlisted fees that weren’t disclosed until after the service. Please update the website and be transparent about pricing.
