Military AutoSource (MAS) Ramstein Off Base

I just wanted to say that Sam was amazing in helping me with my car needs and making the process as smooth as possible. Although the process was a little different than I'm use to, he answered all my questions in detail and was very transparent with outlining the steps from start to finish!

I had the pleasure of working with Susan after Raff recommended off base for what I wanted and needed! She is AMAZING and just like I said in a previous review, super attentive to your needs and wants! Both her and Raff are exemplary reps for MAS! I could not ask for an easier car buying experience… Especially in a foreign country after having such a hard time with the used car I brought over… she even helped me get rid of what my boss now calls the “prius saga” lol.. she helped make my stressful days much better… I will forever always recommend MAS over all other car buying options - they do not MAKE YOU FEEL like you HAVE to buy like the other dealerships around… super informative and they honestly make you want to buy from them because you know they will take care of you!!! Thank you for everything!

Don’t recommend buying an American car from VW overseas. I bought a new Atlas and getting any warranty work done here is next to impossible. They deny claims. The vehicles don’t come with European maps so your onboard navigation doesn’t work. You can’t use it as a roaming hotspot. You can’t connect to VW app which limits all the fancy bells and whistles you pay for (~$4K) and the tires are not winter rated with the snowflake symbol, so you have to buy brand new tires for your brand new car. Strongly advise on not buying anything overseas unless you really look into costs after purchase. You’ll just go heavily out of pocket for everything and have no support when you need service work.

Great communication and customer service from William Murphy and crew. They came recommended from colleagues in Wiesbaden. I ordered a 2021 Audi, and sold my 2017 Audi through them, and I would do it again.

I just enjoyed how much support I got from the staff especially Jason Land. He was there for any questions I had all the time. He went the extra mile for me in getting the proper VAT forms ready to go for me that when I arrived to the VAT office they were impressed that I had all the proper paperwork ready to go. Not once did I question him or think he was pressuring me into buying a car like most salesmen tend to do. He allowed me time to sell my car instead of trading it in due to a low offer I received from another dealership. When the morning came where I wanted to pick up the vehicle, even tho he was not supposed to be in just yet he came in anyways about 15 min before opening time so I could be to work on time and handed the keys over for me.
