Just a word of advice for fellow service members - please remember to shop around for the best price and warranty. The convenience of buying on base can come at a great cost. We have had excellent experiences with Used Car Guys and Ramstein Used Cars. Other places have consistently and significantly inflated prices (I'm not talking about $2,000. More like $5,000-8,000 over what you should even consider paying.) We compared the prices here and ran the other way. Remember that some places act in a predatory way towards the military community - captive audience...like shooting fish in a barrel. However, if your priority is variety, MAS has some of the most varied inventory out of all of the dealers, especially since they sell both new and used vehicles. *This review reflects our personal experience.

I had the pleasure of working with Mike Trickett, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with assisting me in buying my SUV (I got a 2025 Volkswagen Atlas). Callum is the G.O.A.T. I had the privilege of working with him 2 years ago. Present day my car broke down and within a week and a few days I was able to get another car and get it fully registered. His communication is unmatched and was beyond helpful with ensuring I get a car as soon as possible so I could get back to the normal way of things. This has been the best purchase process I've ever experienced thanks to Raff. I was able to secure a new 2021 Ford Bronco AND be the first to register it in Germany thanks to him. He went out of his way to ensure I was on the Preorder list and kept me up to date for the entire process. John was amazing and the kind of salesman you are lucky to be able to work with. I went in thinking I wanted a bronco. I drove that and a Jeep Wrangler. After consideration I decided on the Jeep. John took the time to find the model I wanted, had it transported to Ramstein and a couple weeks later I left the dealership with a 2023 Jeep Wrangler. Honestly everything! Best car buying experience EVER!!! Raff is amazing and super personable. He makes car buying easier than anything I have experienced… He goes out of his way to insure the “customer”( I put that in quotations because he makes you feel like a friend more than a customer) feels at ease in purchasing a vehicle and truly gets to the bottom of what you are looking for… he is an asset to MAS for sure!!! I had not even planned on buying a new car and ended up getting 2! After he also referred me to Susan (when what I wanted wasn’t available on base) off base who is ALSO EQUALLY AMAZING… true example of taking care of people.. so now I have a 2021 VW Jetta S with a 10 year warranty!! And my wife has her dream car of a 2021 80th anniversary Jeep Wrangler… I would highly recommend MAS… they will take care of you 100% and find what you want and need… and of course I will say Raff and Susan TOP of the line… If anything, MAS needs to have a higher selection of vehicles… they are able to still find what you want in what they have!… new or used!!! Great deals and great staff! Both are truly an ASSET to MAS
