Negative experience — warning to anyone considering buying a vehicle from this company I had a very unpleasant experience with this company and with the person I dealt with, Mr. Sain, or at least I believe that is the correct name, as this is the name stated on the signed sales declaration, when purchasing a Citroën Jumper H2L2 through mobile.de. I reserved the vehicle and transferred 50% of the purchase price, agreeing to pay the remaining amount when I collected it. From the beginning, I made it clear that I would need temporary/export registration plates, and I was told that they would take care of this. I assumed this was included in the deal, although I acknowledge that I should have clarified this point beforehand. However, while I was already in Germany and on my way to collect the vehicle, I was suddenly asked to pay €300 for one pair of yellow temporary plates, without any prior warning. When I questioned the high amount, I was met with a very rude attitude and was told that the deal would be cancelled if I refused to pay. At the time of collection, I was also pressured to complete everything very quickly, leaving me little time to properly inspect the vehicle and check all the documentation. I subsequently asked several times for the vehicle's COC, but it was never provided. More seriously, the vehicle was sold to me as a Citroën Jumper 2.2, but when I started the registration process in the final country, I discovered that it was actually a 2.0. Interestingly, the engine capacity is not stated on the signed sales declaration, which raises serious concerns for me about the way the transaction was handled. I sold the vehicle and, fortunately, I am not aware of any problems with the vehicle itself to date. I am leaving this review simply as a warning to other potential buyers. I strongly recommend checking the engine specification, all documentation, the COC, export/temporary registration costs and every detail of the agreement before making any business with this company. Unfortunately, based on my personal experience, I would not recommend it.
