The gentlemen working there were polite and extremely helpful. Made my oil change quick and easy.

Provided everything I needed helpful staff but the supervisor was rude and acted like I needed to know where everything was even tho it was my first time there but overall very good rates
Love the free use of tools. Also the clerks are very helpful and polite as well. Lifts were great and tools were everything that I needed for the job. Also love the cleaning procedures when you are done with your bay space (sweeping and moping after). Overall a great place!
I have attempted to utilize the car washing services twice since we have been stationed and both times met with rude staff. My second visit ended with the staff, joking on about my inability to read signs. I will not be returning and hope the staff is provided some guidance on how to be kind to others.
The attendant was super efficient and kind when helping me remove my old tire off my rim. I’d ask for him by name if I could remember what it was ha! The older gentleman, that I believe is the manager, never smiles. If he did, just every now and then, it would really make the place 5 star worthy!
Extremely rude and unfriendly attitudes from the staff. You're treated like you’re dumb for not knowing how to operate their equipment. Was going there helpful? Yes, I got my issue resolved, but I am not a mechanic. So belittling me just made me think they are not held to a standard of mutual respect. I should not have to ask for assistance from someone sitting and watching me struggle with a smirk like it’s funny, nor should I be made to feel dumb because I’m ignorant of mechanical work. I went their to learn, not be treated like I’m inferior.
The shop will rent out bays with tools for 'X' amount of dollars per hour depending on if you have a lift or not. The employees are very knowledgeable in their craft and they will help you if needed. However the customer service is lacking as most of the time the front desk is unmanned so if a needed tool has to be requested, or if you are finished, you will still be burning time on the clock (spending money) waiting for someone to show up and help. With that said, you still get a lot for what you pay for, a place for fluid disposal, access to tools and lifts, and a automatic car wash if you are in a hurry.
