Ramstein Used Cars Wiesbaden

Great experience from initial consultation to post sale. Oliver walked me through the entire process and helped me find a car that suited my needs. He supported me dealing with the German customs and technical inspection and cleaned the car beautifully in preparation for the handover. Highly recommend. Oliver is a huge asset to the company.

I had a great experience working with Matt at Ramstein Used Auto Wiesbaden. He made the whole process smooth, stayed patient, and really helped me find the best deal possible. Highly recommend him if you’re looking for a car.

Buying my first car in Germany was a smooth and stress-free experience. Matt was incredibly helpful and explained every step clearly. 10/10 service — highly recommended!

Matt is incredible to work with. He made our trade-in process very easy despite issues with my bank, he remained patient & kept great communication! I definitely recommended this dealership if you’re in the area.

Easily one of the best customer service experiences I've had at a dealership (both here and in the states). Matt hooked us up with a car and walked me through the whole process of documenting and registration. Their selection of cars is vast and fairly priced (not like MAS). Matt provided me a free set of floor mats because the car i chose didnt have any and they are fixing an issue with straps on the seats free of charge. If you need a car for your time here be sure to give them a chance to earn your business.
