This review is long overdue. The experience happened some time ago, but it came back to mind just a couple of days ago while I was driving around Brücken and Schönenberg-Kübelberg—and I felt that the mechanics at Auto-Sorg deserved to be publicly recognized. I brought them my Toyota Camry because of a problem for which I'd been previously quoted approximately $600 somewhere else (USD, not EUR. If you're a GI, you know what place I'm talking about in KAS). This guy at Auto-Sorg looked at the car, identified the issue, and took care of it within a matter of minutes - no more than 15-20 mins. What happened next surprised me even more: they insisted on charging me absolutely nothing. They did not expect payment, did not try to exaggerate the problem or take advantage of the fact that I had already been told to expect an expensive repair. They simply,..... helped me. That kind of honesty is rare, very rare, and it left a lasting impression on me. It was clear that integrity is at the heart of how they operate. Beyond their professionalism and mechanical knowledge, their warmth, friendliness, and charisma were exceptional. From the mechanic to the ladies in the front, they all treated me like a person rather than merely another customer or an opportunity to make money. Even though time has passed, genuine kindness and honesty should never go unrecognized. I remain extremely grateful for the way they treated me and for the help they provided me that day. Auto-Sorg earned my respect and trust through their actions, and I would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for knowledgeable mechanics who also happen to be genuinely good and honorable people.
