Speedy Lube

Definitely not speedy at all, but they do a good job at an affordable price. I bring my own oil and filter also. Never any issue with service. As for the speedy part. I arrive at 0902 right after they opened, and unfortunately it's over an hour, nearly 2 hours of waiting just to get into the oil bay. This is very difficult for us who work night shift. Update, arrived 0902. After waiting and completion of oil change, time was just past 1200. Over 3 hours to get the oil change. The tech who performed my oil change was very friendly and did quality work.

Respectfully, rename the service. This is not "speedy." To anyone who might use the service, you'll wait hours. On a Saturday morning it took 3.5 hours to get my oil change. I arrived 3-minutes after open, at 9:03 a.m. Left at 12:31 p.m. You'll get your oil changed just fine. And the employees are good folks. But good God...the wait. They should create a scheduling system so people can make appointments, just like the Speedy Lube at Stuttgart Army Garrison, two hours away. Entirely efficient and no wait. My goal in 6 months is not to come back here, unless they have a scheduling system by then.

Affordable oil change, I believe oil and labor was around $75.00. Yet, keep in mind you will be sitting in your car all day with the engine off waiting for your turn. No joke - you could be sitting for hours with only 2-3 cars in front of you.

I have been going to this place for over 5 years .. I appreciate the convenience.. it's not the cheapest option or the fastest but they are reliable and have always been professional. I change my oils every 3-4 months (I drive a lot). Even when a tech stripped the plug bolt on my car the manager had me bring it in and repaired it at no cost to me. Being that we are in Germany and changing my oil at home is frowned upon I appreciate this option.

2024 Audi S5. Quick and easy oil change. They definitely did not make sure they filled the oil. Imagine the damage they would have caused my car if I was someone less car savy. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I took my new BMW X7 4.0L in for her first oil change and these guys where great. While the did not have my specific filter in place, they sent me just down the road to fetch one and then let me back in my place in line. The oil change itself was pretty fast and they have a waiting room. I will absolutely return for my next oil change.

Convenient service for service members. No VAT form needed. Scheduling at times can be difficult as they tend to always be booked up.

No appointment needed, takes credit card. They open promptly at 9 but I arrived early to make sure I wouldn’t wait too long. I showed up at 8:25, first in line, Matt a technician was kind enough to check if they carried my filter ahead of time, they did not, I ran to GK auto down the road, purchased my filter, came back by 8:40 and was still first in line but by 9 there were 4-5 cars behind me so arriving early definitely helps. Very happy with our experience today.
