AutoCare Spangdahlem / VB CustomZ

I would not trust these guys to change a lightbulb. I think the only reason they get as much business as they do is purely due to their location, because I can't believe it's for their service or skill. I would recommend you go *literally* anywhere else. They make me miss getting ripped off at Midas.

Bought new tires here and continued to have slow leak, even after supposed repairs. Tire styles offered are very limited and not worth the money.

These guys are awesome. I had an oil change and a coolant system repair and service. They are very accommodating and got me in for an appointment next day. I had a check engine light come on about a week later and I brought it to them and they diagnosed it and gave me info on what the issue was and how to fix it if I wanted to do it myself. They didn’t charge me for it since I had recently had a service done. The staff are extremely knowledgeable. Since it changed management last year it is better and cheaper than the auto hobby shop on base. Definitely recommend.

Very helpful and attentive service. I'm so glad I found this place.

Could not be more thankful for the attentiveness of the men working here. I came in for an oil change last week, quick turn around to get my car back. Over the weekend a tire was giving me fits and they immediately helped me when I came in with an issue. Can’t beat the service you receive while going here.
