Used Car Guys Spangdahlem

I worked with Nigel and he was PHENOMENAL. We psc’d in and didn’t have a car. Nigel was so patient and willing to take us around to get what we need for the vehicle. He answered all my questions promptly and was always easy to get access to. I would recommend to everyone to work with Nigel! 10/10 experience. Best car buying experience I’ve had ever.

My wife and I are extremely grateful because Nigel made the process of buying a car in Germany a million times less stressful. Throughout the entire process, Nigel was super helpful and informative. You can tell he genuinely cares about serving every customer. He is an honest, ethical salesman that works for you, and makes sure that you are getting exactly what you need. Couldn’t recommend his shop more and 1000% would do business with Nigel again.

Highly recommend checking out Nigel and UCG if you are in the market. He made the process as smooth and concise as possible. They seem to have more inventory than you you see on the local lot so go speak with him. Never a feeling of pressure, he genuinely seems to want to help folks out.

I 100% recommend this place to anyone buying a car for one reason: Nigel is the absolute best. He's got a great attitude, he's straightforward, and he goes above and beyond. I enjoyed the experience and I love the car I bought. Cheers!

I arrived at Spangdahlem just four days ago and needed a car by Friday, which felt pretty stressful at first. The team at Used Car Guys made the whole process incredibly smooth. Nigel especially went above and beyond to help me every step of the way, explaining everything clearly and making it easy on my end. He understood the urgency and made sure I was taken care of quickly and professionally. If you’re new to the area or need a reliable car fast, I highly recommend shopping here—great service, no hassle, and people who genuinely want to help.

Nigel was amazing help in getting all paperwork together. He made the whole process from buying the car to registration extremely easy. We would be lost without Nigel.
