Paul went above and beyond in every aspect. He walked me through the entire car buying process from another country so that when I arrived the process was as seamless and stress free as possible. He walked me through all of the nuances that are unique to the EU, and kept me informed of every step in the process. Was able to finish the sale half a day after arriving in Germany. Couldn’t be happier, and would give Paul 6 stars if I could!

Stellar service! Three years after purchasing through Patriot Military Automobiles, I returned to sell my EU-spec vehicle. If you're new to germany and trying to buy a car tax free this is the place to go. Paul is very helpful with explaining and walking you through the process. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would. It started with a simple search for my dream car, this search turned into a message to Paul and then became a reality. Paul and Anita are truly one of a kind, from there support, kindness, communication, and making your dream there dream; I couldn’t have asked for anything better. From the first message to picking up our dream car every step was made a wonderful experience all because of them. The amount of dedication, pride, and detail they showed through making our dream a reality was absolutely incredible. Buying a car with PMA is one thing but, buying a car with PMA and having Paul and Anita was like being apart of a family. When we picked up our car, I could not contain my excitement. Paul and Anita shared this excitement with me and truly made everything worth it. Paul was excellent to work with and made the process very simple and easy to understand. Between PCS’ing, buying internationally, and working with a new dealership and loan, Paul brings an expertise to the table in addition to a kind and patient attitude that makes buying a car enjoyable rather than an extra errand while in-processing. In addition to the pleasure of working with Paul, the location of the dealership makes each of the multiple stops to base offices quick and easy, even during a lunch break. He and Anita are very communicative and I would highly recommend you give them your business.

Paul and Anita were amazing helping me sell my VW Atlas on very short notice. We had less than a week’s notice to move and they did everything possible to make the process smooth and quick. Highly recommended for buying and selling in the Spangdahlem area.
