We took Lexus CT there, the problem was a knocking sound coming from the engine area. We said from the start that we'd like to investigate it but if the issue is very serious then we'd like to know as we'd rather scrap the car than proceed with repairs worth thousands of Euros. First we were told that it would be one of two simple things, cost 500. Few days later the cost increased to 1100 euros and the issue was intake manifold. We ok'ed the works. The final cost was 1500, unfortunately no one called to tell us or to seek authorisation. We pick up the car after a week or so, very quickly we discover that the issue did not go away, so we bring the car back. Apparently there is another thing to repair now at 3000 euros. Sooo... How incompetent are these people. Misqouting, undertaking additional works without even chatting to us, not telling us that there would be insane amount of repairs to do even though we said we'd rather scrap the car. Now we have a car to scrap, we threw away 1500 euros in the meantime.

Great service and Isabel has helped us greatly! We had problems with our car, but they repaired it very quickly! Only positives 👍
