By far the best interaction from a dealership I have ever experienced. They also made the purchase process in Germany very smooth! Just telling me what was needed on my end and they got the documents prepared on their end expeditiously as well. I got a pretty good deal on a 2023 BMW, US Spec, with low miles. Aaron, our salesperson was awesome. "Happy Days!"

They will sell you a car that is going to fail inspection, well the one I bought did. Chris is the man tho !! He made the process extremely straightforward, I had a lot of questions on the way and he was happy to help.I had some car deficiencies that were personal irritating my soul and he went out of his way to rectify it(Mostly). It only took a day for him to schedule an appointment with the mechanic. I will definitely recommend him to my unit battles that are looking for a car to buy.

Salesman Michael Trickett deserves five+ stars! His personal attention to detail, courtesy and patience with my family and me, and willingness to drive us to the Frankfurt airport after a four day drive to Germany is a reflection of the personal touch that is sometimes lacking at large dealerships. Only hesitation to provide five stars is due to the dealership’s low pricing of my former vehicle even after agreeing on a price, seeing 360 degree pictures of the van, and a mechanic inspection report prior to departure from another country. All that aside, I highly recommend approaching Michael when selling back your vehicle.
