I would like to sincerely recommend Patriot Military Automobiles in general and in particular, our sales person, Susan Calderwood. The standard warranty provided by PMA perked my attention. The reasonable rate for a two-year bumper to bumper warranty added to our peace of mind. The icing on the cake of the process was the magnificent service that Susan & others provided throughout the sales process. Truly, the experience was a blessing. If you’re looking for an automobile, I would suggest you give Susan a call or better yet drop by to see her. SemperFi for the Savior, Dr. John S. Hallman
Top Tier Service. Messaged Susan about my interests and she got back to me quickly and helped me figure out the best option for my family, ended up getting my dream truck! She's quick, knowledgeable, and has your best interest. All their staff is very kind and patient!
Buying a car here was a super smooth process. I think it was even easier than buying a new car directly from a dealership. They had all of the documents ready to go for registration. No complaints at all and I will use them again for any other car purchases. I worked with Brian Huijgens and had a great experience. He knows all of the ins and outs of the processes that you need to go through here in Germany.
I do not recommend Patriot Auto. I purchased from them initially when we first got here and had a relatively OK experience. 3 years later, when I was looking to trade in for a bigger vehicle, one of the "top" people at the company was incredibly condescending to me. This person was not answering my questions and instead responding with statements about how this person "knew better" and "had decades of experience". Instead of treating me like a customer, this salesperson saw dollar signs. I instead went to a local competitor where I had immaculate service, and have had that same level of service for the last 5 years. When I switched to the other dealership, there was another customer in the building who was there for the same reason and the SAME associate from Patriot had driven her away from the dealership. After posting my initial review of the situation, that same salesperson emailed me and asked me why I had decided to make a negative review. That person wanted me to take it down. I only did to make a new, fresh one. I think Patriot has a good stronghold in this area, so they will remain in business. I think that it is mainly because they are English speaking and have US spec vehicles, but it does not have anything to do with the way they treat their customers. I also wonder about the reviews that Patriot had removed due to defamation...
