My family and I recently purchased a 2016 Mercedes-Benz Vito Touring from Patriot Military Automobiles in Kaiserslautern, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Susan from PMA was very friendly and not pushy at all. The place came recommended from a peer and I felt Susan was honest with me the whole time. She was very responsive and informative. She walked me through the whole purchasing process. I got to test drive the vehicle and it came with a small discount, summer and winter tires, as well as a 2yr bumper to bumper warranty and complimentary emergency kit and some gas. Yes, believe me some dealers won’t give you a car with gas. I also tried other dealers which I will not name and they spoke contrary to my online and peer research. I have purchased two vehicles at Patriot, with the 1st being the Mercedes back in 2020 at their old location & the Volvo here in 2026. They honored their buy back policy on the Mercedes, and we applied it towards the Volvo purchase. The staff are exceptional in their service and assistance in working through customs and the registration process. Their team did our family a solid through meeting us on the level as we are travelers here. I would recommend their inventory of high quality pre owned vehicles on arrival as well assistance selling a vehicle on your departure.
